Dover air show 2024 rain

Dover Air Force Base will host a free air show May 18 and 19 featuring elite pilots and skydivers, along with historic aircraft and the newest Air Force fighter plane.

The headliners will be the U.S.

Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team and the U.S. Army Parachute Team, the Golden Knights.

Additional aerial acts will be announced at a later date along with the aircraft that will be on display on the ground.

“I’m incredibly excited to open our doors to the community during the 2024 First State Air Show and open house as a way of saying ‘thank you’ for their tremendous support,” said Col.

Chris McDonald, 436th Airlift Wing commander. “The First State Air Show is our opportunity to bring the entire ‘Team Dover’ family together for an unforgettable weekend.”

Admission and parking are free. Food and beverages will be on sale.
